It’s a special time of year here in New England. It’s a special time of year here in New England. Because it’s sugaring season! As a kid, I loved filling every divot in my waffles with this “liquid gold”. And still today, maple syrup is my go-to sweetener of choice. I use it in everything from oatmeal in the morning to salad dressings at lunch to soups at dinner. It’s all maple syrup, all the time! It adds the perfect finishing touch to so many of my recipes.
